What New at The Loft!

A Little News from The Esthetic Loft
New faces. Continued Growth. Intentional care.
Hi Loft family!
I wanted to share a few things happening at The Esthetic Loft—from welcoming our newest esthetician to a little peek into what keeps me inspired outside the treatment room.

Say Hey to Vashanti!
We’re excited to welcome Vashanti, our newest esthetician and Aveda graduate! Her focus at The Loft is waxing, including bikini and Brazilian services, and her books are officially open.
A Hoosier by birth, Vashanti was born in Indiana and spent time in Columbus, Ohio, before making Alabama home. She loves art, painting, music, and fashion. When she’s not exploring her creative side, you’ll find her journaling and planning for the future.
She describes herself as optimistic, creative, honest, and entrepreneurial. Her favorite color is blue, and her favorite season is fall—so this feels like the perfect time for her to join us!
As an Aveda educator myself, welcoming an Aveda graduate feels especially meaningful. I’m excited to support her growth and introduce her to the clients who make The Loft so special.
Ready for a little less shaving? Book your next waxing appointment with Vashanti—and say hey when you see her!
When I’m Not at The Loft…
Many of you know me as your esthetician, but teaching is another part of my work that I absolutely love.
Through my role as an Aveda Purefessional and my teaching with Neill, I get to share what I’ve learned with students and fellow estheticians. Helping the next generation build their skills, find their confidence, and discover a career they love means so much to me.
I remember what it felt like to be new—to have the passion, but still need guidance and someone who believed in me. Being able to give that back is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
So when I’m away from The Loft, that’s often where you’ll find me: teaching, learning, and pouring into others. And I bring that same energy back to you. Every class reminds me why I love this work and inspires me to keep giving my best to the clients in my treatment room.
